In observance of the International Day of the African Child 2025, Giving World International (Ghana), in collaboration with Harris deck Foundation (Nigeria), Mama’s Shelter for Hope (Uganda), and Agape Sisters Organization (Liberia), will host a significant event centered on the theme:
“Planning and Budgeting for Children’s Rights: Progress Since 2010.”

This event serves as a powerful platform to reflect on the strides made in upholding and advancing the rights of African children over the past 15 years. Stakeholders from across the continent will engage in meaningful dialogue, assess policy impacts, and explore innovative strategies for sustainable investment in child welfare.

Our aim is to raise awareness, promote accountability, and inspire collective action towards a future where every child has access to education, healthcare, protection, and opportunities to thrive.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Highlight key progress and challenges since 2010 in children’s rights across Africa.
  • Foster inter-country collaboration in planning and budgeting for child-focused initiatives.
  • Mobilize stakeholders for greater commitment and action in child-centered development.

We believe every child deserves a voice and a future. Join us as we champion their rights and celebrate their resilience. 💛🌍
